When In Doubt, Choose “C”

Filed under: Abortion — lmwalker @ 10:57 am

Just so I can jump right back into politics . . .

Roe IQ Test

I got 11 out of the 12 questions correct for a 91.67%. I missed the one about which country makes it the easiest to obtain an abortion. I didn’t choose the obvious answer. Silly me.

  1. Here’s my score:

You got 10 out of the 12 questions correct for a 83.33%.

I think I missed the “which justice said this” question… and possibly the # of total abortions in the US since Roe v Wade. I put 40 – 49M, but I am probably using 3 year old statistics…

Oh well, guess Laura is more spot-on than I am with regard to the abortion issue.

  3. I got 10 out of 12 and looks like I missed the exact same questions as Andrew. I said Alito because I thought that that was an indirect but very obvious line of questioning in recent Supreme Court justice confirmation hearings and I too put down 40-49 million abortions. I’d heard 30 million several years ago and figured the number had grown.

And I don’t feel like sharing my results with everyone else in order to find out what I missed and why.

Interesting survey with a blatant purpose, of course.

  4. I guess the question on this is if “not specifically prohibiting” considered to be the same “specifically allowing”?

Also does the figure of total number of abortions in the U.S. include those that would be considered performed by God?

On another note, it’s good to have the blog back.

  5. I think that abortion is mentioned in the founding documents in the same paragraph that guarantees churches don’t pay taxes. This libertarian might be wrong on that one, though. BTW… You forgot the Fox news in your links… my moral compass has been all akimbo without it!
